Victor Gonzalez-Ayon
Victor is a dedicated advocate for education and a passionate supporter of nonprofit organizations that serve underserved youth. Born in Mexico, Victor immigrated to the United States with his family in search of greater opportunities. He began his higher education at Skagit Valley College, earning an Associate of Arts degree before transferring to Western Washington University, where he completed his Bachelor’s in Sociology. Currently, Victor is pursuing a Master’s degree.
Victor is a seasoned emcee with a wealth of community involvement. Some highlights of his career include co-hosting Skagit Valley College’s "Champions of Diversity" event, emceeing the Foundation of Academic Endeavors auction, and presenting for the Latino Educational Training Institute.
Victor’s approach to event engagement is defined by inclusivity and genuine connection. He strives to make every audience feel welcome and understood, bringing a conversational (in English and/or Spanish), approachable style to his events. Known for his empathy and compassion, Victor creates an atmosphere that is both light-hearted and impactful, making each interaction a memorable experience for all.
